Beautiful: Luke Blanock and Natalie Britvich on their wedding day

A kindhearted community made a dream come true for a terminally-ill teen by enabling him to marry his high school sweetheart in a “beautiful” ceremony.

Luke Blanock, who is battling a rare form of bone cancer, tied the knot with Natalie Britvich in front of 200 friends and family on Friday.

Almost everything at the intimate wedding was donated by generous members of the couple’s community in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Eighteen-year-old Luke was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma in December 2013, according to a GoFundMe page set up by his parents.

The page also confirms that Luke’s cancer has spread and is terminal.

A former sports star, he excelled in basketball and baseball, but his mobility has been badly affected by the cancer in his bones.

However, his uncle, Patrick Goode, who attended the wedding, said he was determined to walk down the aisle without assistance.

“It was really beautiful.”

Wedding planner Ashley Cyprowski told ABC News: “We got a ton of donations.”

“The flowers, the reception hall itself, just a lot of people came together from our local community and donated their time, their services, and their goods,” Ashley continued.

“With medical expenses they don’t have a lot to spend on something like this.

“I’ve never seen the family as happy as they were that day.

“Luke was so high-energy, he was just glowing.”

Speaking to ABC News, he said: “It was very happy, very high energy. Luke was healthy enough to walk down the aisle by himself, without his crutches.Read more: Woman battling terminal cancer pens letter to illnessLuke’s community clubbed together to make his dream wedding possible after his family were forced to shell out for his medical bills.
