Girl Games

Y were Two girls afraid to admit how much they need each other Two girls who are tired of denying who they really are Especially to each other What was supposed to be a simple game uickly becomes a game of love that will change both of their lives But will they be able to let go and finally let it happen. The Dave thing was sort of expected because there had to be a reason for him to be still in the group but overall a good readIn all seriousness though if someone like Dave keeps showing up to your group you have to get him out

The cheerleader and the geek girl We were totally wrong for each other so why does this feel so right Lisa was the good girl Prom ueen Captain of the cheer suad Geeky games weren't her thing but she was home from college and bored And when she heard Kylie was going to be there she knew she had to at leas. 15This book was not what I expected after reading other books with the same idea Although the story was suppose to follow two girls discovering they attracted to each other large parts of the book were about this table game something like DD and the dealing with one of the characters Dave which is describe than once as asshole I felt that the relationship part took very small part in the book Another point that made me enjoy the book less was the fact that although the heroines are consenting adults they only kissed and hug during the book yet it is hinted that they did much outside what was describedThe story is told in first person from two points of view Lisa s and Kylie s but there was no or almost no difference in the writing and than once I needed to go back and check how is the talker because something didn t fit and then I found that the teller changed The fact that in the beginning of each chapter it says who is the teller did not make a difference because the similarity in style I felt I was reading a teenage romance not a story with collage students and the fact that two characters that were suppose to be different in personality told the story in the same style just different point of view did not add

Archer does a great job of making being a nerd cool She is a master of creating a sweet love story between girls you would think would be total social opposites This book like others I have read by Archer is YAteen friendly so it can be suggested to those young girls just coming out In fact both main characters deal with uestions about their sexuality throughout most of the book
